It's Wednesday! ...and a great day for your Wednesday #Werkout of the Week!

Time:  10 minutes   

Intensity: LOW

Perform the following exercises 8 REPS each:

👉 8 DEADLIFT / BENT OVER ROW
👉 8 SUMO SQUAT / UPRIGHT ROW
👉 8 SINGLE ARM FLOOR PRESS R/L
👉 8 ALT LEG/ARM BEAR SQUAT
    REPEAT 2X (or until 10 minutes are up) 
 
Rest/modify as needed.  Always do your best!    
Remember to get that clean eating every day in order to get results!
